Our policy stipulates no returns, meaning once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if you receive a defective item or one that differs from your order, it qualifies for an exchange.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’ve received an item in a defective condition, if it differs from the one you ordered, or if it’s missing parts or in an incorrect size, you can request an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once you receive this confirmation, please return the item to us via registered post at the address provided in the email.

Upon receiving the original item and completing a quality check, we will provide further instructions for the exchange process. If the desired item is out of stock, you’ll have the option to select an item of equal or higher value, with any price difference to be paid by you. Alternatively, if you prefer not to exchange for an out-of-stock item, you can request a refund.
